OSE Migration

Price SEK 13500
Number of days 2

This course is aimed at those who are migrating from OSE4 to OSE5. This is a theoretical course discussing the changes between these versions.

After a short introduction to basic OSE concepts there will be a discussion regarding added, removed or modified functions. We will also discuss changes to configuration and the run-time interface.

New functions in OSE5 will be highlighted. Some functions in OSE4 have been removed and in some cases replaced with other functions.

In OSE4, many functions had to be configured separately in their own configuration files. In OSE5 this has been more centralized. It is in OSE5 also possible to modify some system parameters in run-time.

In order to realize new functionality in OSE5, some changes have been made to the interfaces. The course will address what is now called the application programming interface (API) and the system programming interface (SPI).
